Healing Place Church Features Sarah's Art on Easter Sunday
The painting entitled "Crimson Thread," which Sarah painted for the Healing Place Church Annex on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge was the backdrop for the Easter Sunday Service. The painting was suspended from the ceiling on the stage. The same painting was featured on the cover of the Easter Sunday bulletin at Healing Place Church. The painting is a large, over-sized painting using the colors of purple and gold to represent the royalty of Christ, blue to signify his suffering, yellow to denote the resurrection of his life, and a single red (crimson) thread of his blood runs from the top to the bottom of the painting. Pastors Dino and DeLynn Rizzo aked Sarah to paint a special painting for the new Annex building last summer. Giclees are available.
